	A. Product Order 1. All new customers must complete New Customer Information Form and register as <www.patchesoflove.com> member to create an account to perform your online purchase activity, to receive newsletter from us. 2. For ready made product, a) www.patchesoflove.com Customer Support Center will confirm all orders by assigning an order confirmation number, and it will be sent via email and/or sms to the customer.   b) The order then is placed into our system for processing.     3. For custom made product, a) < www.patchesoflove.com> Customer Support Center will confirm all orders by assigning an order confirmation number, and it will be sent via email and/or sms to the customer.   b) We will inform you a maker’s contact from our makers list that is located nearest to your correspondence address.   c) The maker will contact you personally and proceed for custom made details.   d) The price and the payment shall be negotiated and paid directly to the maker; there will be no further involvement of <www.patchesoflove.com> from step 3b above.     4. Cancellation of order, - For both ready made and custom made products, NO cancellation of order is allowed once order confirmation number has been issued to customer.     B. Payment 5. <www.patchesoflove.com> accepts Malaysia Ringgit (MYR),US Dollar,Pound Sterling.. Only one currency is applied in each transaction.     6. PAYPAL helps to protect your credit card information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention system. Your financial information is never shared with the merchant.     C. Delivery For ready made product, upon receiving successful transactions via PAYPAL, <www.patchesoflove.com> will process your order and make arrangement for delivery.     7. Delivery lead time a) All delivery within Malaysia, including East Malaysia, will be carried out by courier services at our choice. And, the delivery lead time is within (14) working days from date of order confirmation.   b) For delivery to other countries, the lead time will be within (20) working days from date of order confirmation.   c) Customer will be notified by our Customer Support Center once the product ordered been delivered via email or sms.   d) Customer should contact and inform <www.patchesoflove.com> Customer Support Center if do not receive products after delivery lead time.     8. Freight Cost a) Cheapest and best courier services provider by our choice.   b) All freight costs for delivery are included and listed in the total amount payable in your purchasing cart.   c) All freight costs are prepaid.   9. Risk of Loss - All items purchased from <www.patchesoflove.com> are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to customer upon our delivery to the carrier.     10. Delivery damages or shorts a) It is customer/recipient’s responsibility to inspect the condition of the carton(s) or parcel(s) immediately upon receipt.   b) If the carton or parcel is visibly damaged please make note of it in your delivery docket or slip.   c) Claims for short shipments and damages will not be accepted if the delivery docket or slip has been signed as arriving complete and in acceptable condition.   D. Returns of product 11.
